Terms of Service

Last updated June 10, 2026

This document is a working template and not yet legal advice. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before launch.

These terms govern your use of CorrectInbox. By creating an account or calling our API, you agree to them.

The service

CorrectInbox provides real-time and bulk email verification, including catch-all resolution returned with a confidence score. Results may include an honest “unknown” state when an address cannot be resolved.

Acceptable use

You must have a lawful basis to verify the addresses you submit. You may not use the service to harass, spam, or process unlawfully-obtained data.

Billing

Credits are consumed per billable result. We do not charge for “unknown” results or duplicate verifications. Purchased credits are governed by the plan you select at checkout.

Availability & warranties

We work to provide accurate results but verification is probabilistic; the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or guaranteed accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CorrectInbox's liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
