This policy explains what data CorrectInbox processes, why, and the choices you have. We process only legitimately-collected data and never scrape, purchase, or use breached lists.

Data we process

We process the email addresses you submit for verification, account information (name, email, billing identifiers), and standard service logs. We do not build or sell marketing profiles from verification data.

Why we process it

To deliver verification results, operate your account, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases include performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Retention

Verification inputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver and audit results, then deleted on a rolling schedule. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure sub-processors (hosting, payments) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Use our data-deletion endpoint or email privacy@correctinbox.com and we will action verified requests.
